Emergency Management Software Configuration and Concept of Operations Solution:

MTSS IT Solutions has extensive experience in providing emergency response and crisis management planning for private entities as well as government agencies at the international, national, state, county, and local levels.  MTSS uses this experience to design comprehensive emergency management plans, guidelines, and procedures at all levels.

MTSS has professional experience in various interactive emergency response software packages that include enhancing configuration elements, development of concept of operations, digital mapping, training, and exercise. MTSS has experience gained from using software packages like E Team™, WebEOC®, E•SPONDER®, and Previstar™. MTSS has used and provided software support in the City of Jacksonville for Super Bowl XXXIX, the City of Detroit for Super Bowl XL, Duval County’s response during the 2005 Hurricane Season, and twelve other jurisdictions that depend on Software Applications as their situational readiness, response data collection, event management system.

MTSS provides the following enhancement services:

  • Follow-on configuration that assists in integration and enhancing “user ability” of a Software Application based on the clients CEMP and Operational Procedures (SOG, SOP, P&P, etc).
  • Population of all Software Application databases based on CEMP and Operational Procedures.
  • Development of a Software Application’s “Concept of Operations” based on the custom configuration, CEMP and Operational Procedures.
  • Integration of partnering agency’s (PIO, GIS, etc.) functionality into the clients Concept of Operations.
  • Development of training programs specific to the Software Application and integration of newly developed Concept of Operations policy and procedure.
  • Development of a feedback program for use after an activation or exercise to continually refine and revise the Software Application’s custom configuration to better meet the client’s needs.
  • MTSS provides on-site support services during activations and exercises. MTSS is capable of supporting EOC functions whenever needed.
  • MTSS provides client site assistance. MTSS co-locates with the client to better integrate and customize the chosen Software Application to meet the client’s functional needs until all customization objectives are met.
