Core Competencies

Comprehensive Emergency Management Plans (CEMP), Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP), and Homeland Security Exercise Evaluation Program (HSEEP) represent MTSS core competencies.  MTSS’ COOP plans are NIMS compliant and meet FPC 65 and NFPA 1600 requirements.  The MTSS Team has real-time recovery experience assisting the U.S. House of Representatives with response to the Anthrax incident in October 2001, the Cities of Jacksonville and Pensacola COOP planning during the 2004 Hurricane Season, and 9/11 to name just a few. MTSS’ expertise in pre-crisis exercise development and management, as well as other emergency mitigation training makes MTSS an unrivaled resource in emergency planning, training, and exercise consulting.
