The MTSS support team has extensive experience in emergency management, crisis and consequence management, local and state emergency response, planning and security operations.  The MTSS Team is lead by Mr. Chas Walts, a talented and experienced emergency management professional.

MTSS’ plans utilize industry best practices and federal guidelines in order to meet compliance requirements and to provide our clients with the most up to date comprehensive products available.

The MTSS Team is a service based firm, and is there when you need us; we have real-time recovery experience assisting the U.S. House of Representatives with response to the Anthrax incident in October 2001, and the Cities of Jacksonville and Pensacola, during the 2004 Hurricane Season. MTSS’ expertise in pre-crisis exercise development and management, as well as other emergency mitigation training makes MTSS an unrivaled resource in emergency planning.  MTSS also assisted in the emergency operations associated with responding to the four hurricanes that hit the State of Florida in 2004.

MTSS is accustomed to the high demand associated with emergency management planning for high caliber clients on a strict deadline. The most recent project was the successful completion of security and public safety plans for the City of Detroit’s preparedness planning for Super Bowl XL, Continuity of Operations Planning for the Intelligence Community, and the development of a Pandemic influenza Response Program for Palm Beach County.
